Acceptable Use Policy

What may and may not be stored or shared through DumpFiles.

DumpFiles is for lawful temporary backup and sharing. Do not use the service to harm people, distribute illegal material, compromise systems, or evade legitimate enforcement.

Prohibited content and activity

• Child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, grooming, trafficking, or exploitation.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, voyeuristic material, sextortion, or intimate material shared without the depicted person’s authorization.
• Malware, credential theft, phishing kits, destructive payloads, or files distributed for the purpose of compromising another system.
• Stolen personal data, fraud material, doxxing, credible threats, unlawful harassment, or content whose possession or distribution is illegal.
• Copyrighted or otherwise protected material when you lack permission or another lawful basis to store or distribute it.
• Automated flooding, quota evasion, denial-of-service activity, or using DumpFiles as an anonymous bulk-distribution network.

Sensitive and adult material

Lawful adult or sensitive material must be marked Sensitive / NSFW. By using that option, you confirm that any sexual material is consensual, lawful, and depicts adults age 18 or older. Marking a dump sensitive does not make prohibited material acceptable.

Enforcement

We may quarantine a dump, disable share links, remove files, restrict service access, or preserve relevant records when reasonably necessary to investigate a report, protect users, or comply with law.

Report abuse

Use the abuse report form or email abuse@dumpfiles.online. Do not download, copy, or re-upload suspected illegal material merely to make a report.
