Terms of Service

The rules for using DumpFiles.online.

These Terms of Service govern your use of DumpFiles.online, including file uploads, temporary storage, recovery links, downloads, and sharing. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

Who may use DumpFiles

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement. You may use DumpFiles only for lawful files that you have the right to upload, store, download, and share.

Temporary storage

You choose a retention period before uploading. Once that period expires, the dump becomes unavailable and the application schedules its stored files for deletion. DumpFiles is temporary storage, not permanent archival storage. Keep another copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Recovery and share links

Your recovery link is a private capability link. Anyone who obtains it may be able to manage or delete the dump. Public share links are separate, revocable links that may allow recipients to download the files you selected. You are responsible for sharing links only with people you intend to give access to.

Service limits

Upload size, file count, retention, rate, and storage limits may be enforced to protect reliability and prevent abuse. We may temporarily restrict uploads when storage capacity, security, or service availability requires it.

Prohibited use

You may not use DumpFiles for illegal content, exploitation, non-consensual intimate material, malware distribution, fraud, stolen data, threats, or other uses prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy. We may disable access, revoke sharing, quarantine content, delete content, or preserve information when reasonably necessary for safety, abuse response, or legal compliance.

Availability and warranties

DumpFiles is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted transfers, permanent availability, or recovery of files after deletion or expiration. To the maximum extent permitted by law, no additional warranties are made.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the service changes. The effective date shown on this page identifies the current version.
